Why is EasyWeed® one of the most asked for brands of heat transfer vinyl? Simple! The EasyWeed Advantage!  EasyWeed applies at a lower temperature than competitor material, backing can be peeled hot or cold and doesn’t lift during weeding.  It’s also extremely durable wash after wash and uses a lower pressure setting for application.  EasyWeed is thinner than others on the market and offers a one-second tack application that’s great for multiple layers. EasyWeed has a pressure sensitive carrier that allows you to offer detailed designs on a wide variety of fabrics. EasyWeed can be cut with laser systems.

Every effort was made to correctly represent accurate color swatches. As we all know, every screen is different and some colors will not be true. We always advise our customers to have in hand the item to be color-matched. Remember, all sales final.

Acceptable Fabrics: Cotton, Uncoated Polyester, Cotton/Polyester Blends, Polyester/Acrylic Blends, Linen, Wool, Leather, Excluding Nylon!

Color Variation: There may be a slight color variation between batches, or even roll to roll that is completely out of our control.

Application: Heat Press Recommended!

  • Press at 320*F for 5 seconds to smooth and dry your garment.
  • Apply HTV.
  • Press for 10 seconds at 320*F using medium to firm pressure.
  • Open heat press. Wait 10 seconds before peeling transfer (warm peel).
  • Peel transfer off your garment at 45 degrees to your design.
  • Repress if you like.
  • Let cool before wearing.
  • Don't wash for 24 hours!

Size: 12" x 12"; Sheet (12" x 15"); 12” x 3ft.; 12” x 15ft.; 15” x 3ft. All sizes are plus or minus one-half inch.

 

Application instructions (home iron)

• Set iron dial between Cotton and Linen
• Cover design with Kraft paper or non-stick cover sheet
• Place on flat, hard surface (ironing board not recommended)
• Press iron with medium/firm pressure (do not slide iron)
• Press each section of design for 10-15 seconds
• If areas of design lift after application, replace cover sheet
and re-press for 5-10 seconds
• Peel carrier warm to cold		 Application Instructions (heat press)

• Cut in reverse
• Weed excess material
• Dry garment for 3-5 seconds
• Apply design at 320°F/160°C
• Use medium pressure for 10-15 seconds
• Peel carrier warm to cold
